WHAT THEY DO NOT TEACH YOU IN SCHOOL….

WHAT THEY DO NOT TEACH YOU IN SCHOOL….

How to love, how to let go and how to live your own best life…

This life is what you make it. No matter what, it will not be perfect But the good part is you get to decide your own perfection. Just because you fail once, doesn't mean you're going to fail at everything. Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself. Keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling, because life's a beautiful thing and there's so much to smile about. ---

Your time is limited; don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinion drowned your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, they somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” – Steve Jobs

“ You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.”– Maya Angelou

“Why should we worry about what others think of us, do we have more confidence in their opinions than we do our own?”  Brigham Young

Do not wait to strike till the iron is hot; but make it hot by striking. Unknown

It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might has well not have lived at all, in which case you have failed by default.
J. K. Rowling

I think most of us are raised with preconceived notions of the choices we're supposed to make. We waste so much time making decisions based on someone else's idea of our happiness - what will make you a good citizen or a good wife or daughter or actress. Nobody says, 'Just be happy - go be a cobbler or go live with goats.'
Sandra Bullock

It is I much that you are busy, but what you are busy doing. What is consuming your energy? Are you working toward the #positive or the negative? The bee is praised. The mosquito is swatted -- Unknown

One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all dreaming of some magical gardens over the horizon instead of enjoying the world blooming outside our windows today -- Unknown

Self discovery is the hardest journey a person can take. Their journey is not measured in miles nor success. It is measured in understanding. The reason this journey is so hard and poses such risk is because it's easy to see fault in other people, though very hard to look inside and see those flaws which stop you from being the best person you can be. Those flaws demonstrated by others may give clues along the way, but it is only by self-discovery that one can expect to fulfill their voyage. The way is tough. The things you find out about yourself may be horrid and unimaginable although one has to see those evil parts to be able to recognize the temptations the soul has to step away from becoming because the path is easier. Take a walk across the planes of being you, and regardless of the risks, those who take this walk with little fear in their souls will see the bigger picture -- Unknown

‎At some point everyone must decide if they are a creator or a critic, a lover or a hater, a giver or a taker.... live life always on the lookout for the presence of wonder. -- Unknown

The components of anxiety, stress, fear, and anger do not exist independently of you in the world. They simply do not exist in the physical world, even though we talk about them as if they do. They do feel very real, but so can love harmony and peace. -- Unknown

Be careful not to compromise what you want most for what you want now. ---Zig Ziglar

My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style. --Maya Angelou

Did I offer peace today? Did I bring a smile to someone's face? Did I say words of healing? Did I let go of my anger and resentment? Did I forgive? Did I love? These are the real questions. I must trust that the little bit of love that I sow now will bear many fruits, here in this world and the life to come. --Henri Nouwen
